The first ‘breaking through’ session is always around the 90-minute mark, and the subsequent sessions are nearer to 60 minutes. Sessions include face-to-face, and or online therapy – whatever is best comfortable for you.
Treatment for the majority of conditions can take between four to six sessions, rarely are there more, but this depends on an individuals’ circumstances and environment.
The number of sessions, and any requirements for a payment plan can be determined through an initial no obligation free 15 minute consultation. Otherwise, sessions are paid for in advance of each session.

Bundled sessions will save you $25 per session, that works out a saving of $100 for four sessions and $150 for six.
Treatment of conditions is not an overnight process, and with most issues, it will usually take between four to six sessions.
Weekly or fortnightly intervals are suggested for best results. Once the first session has been booked, you can schedule your future sessions (via emailed Google Meet link), subject to availability.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling is fine, but please give at least 24 hours notice to re-allocate the time.
1 x 90 minute initial consultation (via Google Meet or in person clinic) where we will work together to identify your primary areas of focus and concern. Together we will cement a treatment plan and set achievable goals and expectations. I call this session the ‘break through’ session as clients will experience a shift in perspective and regain a sense of personal power that kick starts the road to a successful recovery.
1 x 30 minute directed hypnosis. Under directed clinical hypnotherapy, I guide you into a calm and focused state personalised to your symptoms and goals. Here we can tap into your unlimited human potential. On average, clinical hypnosis sessions are approximately 20-30 minutes in duration – the optimal time for hypnosis. Your own personal audio recording is provided to you for listening before bed each night until the next follow-up session.
Follow-up consultations:
Following on from your initial ‘break through’ session, we will meet every 1 – 2 weeks in continuation of your treatment plan. In these consultations you will experience a deeply soothing and powerful hypnosis session. You will also receive transformative coaching support tools, practices, guidance and other homework to break symptom cycles.
Sessions are on average 20 minutes of strategic psychotherapy/coaching techniques and 30 minutes of clinical hypnosis, of which the audio recordings are provided to you.
In between sessions you will be provided with your hypnosis recording, worksheets, resources and evidence-based exercises to complete. These will help you to put your new skills into practice, strengthen the work we do together, and ensure you are set up for success with your very own ''self- help toolkit'.
If support homework is not complete our next appointment will be rescheduled. Completion of set tasks is non-negotiable and an important part of achieving the results you’re after.
